Rail fans heading to the match are encouraged to take the Coventry to Wolverhampton railway station instead of taking other routes.
This is an alternative to taking the tram, which runs from Wolverhampton railway station to outside Birmingham New Street station.
Sky Blues fans are advised to travel immediately to Wolverhampton as a large number of West Bromwich Albion and Bristol City supporters are anticipated to be using the tram system from Birmingham New Street due to their match at the Hawthorns on the same day at 3pm.
