Coventry City’s season is ended. The Sky Blues players and staff are taking a well-deserved break following a fantastic year. They will reflect and concentrate in preparation for the 2024/25 season.

The club’s transfer window is expected to be less busy than last summer, when 14 players left and ten came in. However, Mark Robins plans to strengthen his squad to better prepare for promotion next season.

With that in mind, there are various areas of the team that may benefit from more competition, as well as questions about the futures of certain current players who have a year left on their contracts. However, the manager is determined to retain his finest players in order to provide the squad with a firm basis on which to build.
