This season, Celtic has completed a number of trades, both in and out of the team. In retrospect, the first transfer window of Brendan Rodgers’ second stint has been met with some skepticism since his arrival last summer. A few stars appear to be headed for the exit, and one has already vanished.

A lucrative sale marked the beginning of that summer, but supporters are now asking with the club’s executives to invest some of the money they have acquired from their participation in the Champions League and player sales. Celtic have also removed some deadwood from some of the decks.

Even though January didn’t bring in much money, Celtic has still made a lot of sales this season, both inside and outside the team. On a scale of 1 to 10, Glasgow World assigns a grade to each transaction, including those that have left Parkhead permanently or on loan.

Although the £25 million price tag is not insignificant, neither has Celtic adequately replaced him, nor has he found success in Saudi Arabia.
