Since the founding of Celtic Football Club in November 1887, the Club’s modest traditions have been celebrated and upheld by our supporters, who have paved the Celtic Way through generosity. The Celtic FC Foundation still honors and upholds this fundamental founding concept today.
Through Walfrid’s Wish, our recurring donation program, we provide supporters with the chance to make a monthly contribution in honor of Brother Walfrid. These contributions help us keep up and grow in our efforts to combat poverty.
After the inception of “Paradise Pit Stop” for just over a year, we are happy to announce that the project has flourished because of the money gathered via numerous efforts, including significant contributions from our kind Walfrid’s Wish regular supporters.
Over 10,400 people have joined us at Celtic Park, and we have served a total of 20,240 hot meals and drinks to them.
The Celtic FC Foundation launched its first “Paradise Pit Stop Lunch Breaks” project on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. There will be two more chances for guests to join us every week.
This will contribute to the ongoing fight against the rising cost of living crisis that is straining American households nationwide.
Our doors here at Celtic Park are now open every Monday through Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. and every Wednesday and Friday from 12 to 2 p.m. through “Paradise Pit Stop” and “Paradise Pit Stop Lunch Breaks.”
We welcome anyone who would want to stop by and enjoy our comfortable lounge, nice company, and a complimentary warm dinner and range of hot and soft drinks.
