Breaking: John Hartson identifies a figure that would be “good business” for Aberdeen striker Bojan Miovski, who is being mooted for a Celtic transfer.

The former hoops hero believes the Macedonian would make a valuable addition to the victorious team.

John Hartson, a former Celtic striker hero, believes that Aberdeen attacker Bojan Miovski is worth approximately £4 million. He believes that his former team would benefit from “good business” from making the acquisitions that will turn the tide in the title fight in their favor in the second half of the season.

Bojan Miovski helps Aberdeen buck trend for Scottish sides

The Welshman predicts a Scottish Premiership push from a Rangers team revitalized under Philippe Clement, and he feels the Hoops board should offer the quality Brendan Rodgers has demanded in the January transfer window.

Signed from MTK Budapest eighteen months ago for a pittance of £535, 000, Miovski has been a revelation in Scotland. The 24-year-old international player from Macedonia has drawn interest from Celtic and Rangers, and Hartson thinks the Hoops might make a wise acquisition in him. “I’ve seen Bojan Miovski a few times, and I really like the way he looks,” he said to the Sunday Post. I believe he would succeed at Celtic. He has consistently scored goals for Aberdeen and is aware of what it takes to succeed at this level and for Macedonia. Bojan gets others into play, keeps the ball up nicely, and has a terrific first touch. When the moment is right, he also charges goalward, giving opponents all kinds of trouble.

“Numerous figures have been floated concerning a transfer cost, ranging from £3 million to £6 million. In the end, Aberdeen will be valued, and any interested clubs will be aware of his perceived value. In my opinion, he should be valued between £3.5 million and £4 million. That would be profitable. We’ll be alright as long as Kyogo Furuhashi is in good shape since he is excellent. There is a minor concern, though, that we ought to continue to bring someone in for the forward area.

“As we approach the closing stretch, Celtic is the center of attention. Nicolas Kuhn, who was signed by Rapid Vienna thus far, seems to have the makings of a talented player. Brendan Rodgers has expressed his desire to add three or four players of the highest caliber.

The manager has noted that, and he anticipates it will occur between this window and the summer window. In fact, if one or two of the major names go off the board, he may need even more.

Overall, I believe Celtic can win the league again if the team remains together for the next five months. I don’t, however, take that for granted. Rangers, in my opinion, will mount a challenge, and my old team is unable to give them any chance. The team to beat is Celtic. Still, there’s space for development. Never take a nap on your accomplishments. I therefore hope to see the arrival of two more signings within the upcoming week.

Kenny Dalglish, meanwhile, isn’t so sure Rodgers will get a striker. He thinks the January transfer window action might be significant for the title fight after witnessing Rangers spend big on Mohamed Diomande and sign Fabio Silva on loan from Wolves. “Brendan Rodgers has stated that he wants to add quality to his squad,” the speaker stated. For about £3 million, Nicolas Kuhn has traveled from Rapid Vienna thus far.

Will Celtic bring in a striker before Thursday? I’m not entirely certain. It’s challenging to find a player who will be superior to those that are currently there. They’ll be good as long as Kyogo remains in good shape. Oh is their fallback as well. Nonetheless, I respect Brendan’s desire to expand in that particular profession.

A few Celtic players are also attracting interest, which is understandable given that they have a number of excellent operators. Let’s face it, each player has a value, whether it be in pounds or as an asset to the squad. Although we are aware of Celtic’s incredibly strong financial position, we were never certain of the type of money Rangers manager Philippe Clement had available to him during this transfer window. However, the Ibrox administration has supported its manager, demonstrating their desire to challenge for the championship. All in all, it promises to be an intriguing last few days across the nation. Without a doubt, it will reach the wire.
