Aberdeen will name a new manager “within the next 72 hours.”

Neil Warnock left his position as Aberdeen’s manager earlier this month, having just been in control for a month. Despite the fact that he is now the seventh head coach to depart the team in the last three years, the Dons are “an advanced stage” in their hiring process.

According to The Sunday Post, Aberdeen’should unveil the name of their next manager within the next 72 hours’. Former footballer Michael O’Neill has acknowledged that he would “assess” any opportunities that presented itself, despite rumors tying him to the position.

“I wouldn’t completely rule it out. When questioned about the connections, O’Neill told The Scotsman, “As I say, do the job you’re in and if another opportunity is presented to you, you assess it and think, I would do that, it’s the right time or it’s not the right time.”

“I still want to work overseas in the future. I’m interested in playing different gaming roles. I’m not sure if managing people will be my next big responsibility.”

Important Celtic player “in demand” before the summer

The SPFL team fires its longtime managementBonnyrigg Rose, a team in Scottish League Two, has announced the resignations of both manager Robbie Horn and assistant David Burrell. Horn managed the team for 1,963 days, making him the fourth longest-serving manager in the SPFL.

After Rose’s 2-0 loss to Dumbarton on Saturday, Horn and Burrell leave the team, placing them seventh in the Leaue Two standings.
