West Brom are back in action on Monday when they take on Watford at The Hawthorns. Carlos Corberan’s men were only able to get a draw against Millwall last time out, and they will be desperate to return to winning ways at home, going up against a Hornets side that held Leeds United for a point on Good Friday.
The Baggies are still seven points above seventh place, but having lost a little ground with their Millwall draw, they know they are going to have to keep winning to secure a top six spot. In the meantime, we have rounded up the latest injury news surrounding West Brom and Watford ahead of Monday’s clash.
1. Daryl Dike – Out
Dike won’t return until late April, nursing a leg injury.
2. Josh Maja – Out
After a positive update from Corberan on Maja, it looks as though the forward is targeting an early April return, putting him ahead of schedule.
3. Jeremy Ngaka – Out
Ngaka’s last game was against West Brom. He remains out for a couple more weeks with a knee injury.
4. Wesley Hoedt – Out (Suspended)
Hoedt has reached the yellow card limit.
5. Ken Sema – Out
Described as a ‘medium-term’ injury by Cleverley, Sema remains out for now.
6. James Morris – Fit
Morris was a doubt but featured on the bench as an unused substitute against Leeds. He will be available for selection.
