He mentioned that the situation was crucial to him. Ultimately, he couldn’t start playing for Bristol because of a contractual clause that would have extended his contract after a specific number of games. This decision was not related to his performance and was beyond his control; it was based on the club’s policy.
As a result, he decided to leave since he didn’t want to be limited to playing only 15 minutes per week. Fortunately, things have worked out well for him now. He’s currently at a club that still has a shot at promotion and is hopeful about making it to the playoffs.
Since he joined West Brom in January, he has played nine games, scoring two goals and providing two assists.
