Darren Moore is happy to see Huddersfield Town’s forwards back among the goals. Delano Burgzorg kept his cool from the penalty spot to earn the Terriers a precious point at Millwall last weekend.
It was the Dutchman’s fifth goal in 18 appearances this season. His strike came just days after Danny Ward ended his lean spell in front of goal.
“For it to come in front of the travelling away fans was great. So credit to Del. Himself and [Danny Ward] are scoring goals which is what you want from your strikers. Over the last two or three games, they’ve been on the scoresheet, and as long as they keep doing that, then it can only mean well for the team.
“The team are showing a commitment and desire to not be beaten – we come back late against Southampton and late against Millwall away from home, and that commitment is going to be needed for the rest of the season and foreseeable future.”
