The striker, who is still only 20 years old, has already made 14 appearances for the team. On his debut, he notably came off the bench to score two goals to defeat Birmingham City in 2021.
The Jamaica Under-20 international hasn’t played for Reading in more than 16 months. During the previous season, he was on loan at Woking and Forest Green Rovers.
“Really happy to get Jahmari done,” manager Luke Garrard said. “He’s someone we have monitored and been on our radar since his time in our League.” He will support us in the offensive zones and has solid experience at a young age. We are happy to have him on board, and he will immediately join the squad on Saturday.
He is qualified to play in the FA Trophy on Saturday against Bath City.
In the National League, the Wood Army is presently ranked eighteenth.
