Palace winger Olise’s agent banned for six months.

Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise’s agent has been suspended for six months for breaking rules regarding the player’s prospective transfer while he was at Reading in 2019.

Glen Tweneboah was judged to have violated Football Association rules by entering into an arrangement that would have entitled him to a 10% cut of Olise’s potential transfer fee, despite the fact that no such payment was ever made, The Athletic reported.

Olise graduated from the Royals’ programme and got his first pro deal in 2019.

The 22-year-old has scored 10 goals for Palace this season and has been linked with a move away from Selhurst Park, with the club valuing the player at £60 million.
