According to Football Insider, after the Scotland under-21 international’s breakthrough season with the EFL Championship team last season, the two Glasgow clubs are ‘monitoring’ him.

Conway has scored eight goals this season despite missing more than two months of activity due to injury, putting him on the radar of numerous elite teams, notably the English top tier trio of Nottingham Forest, Wolves, and Brentford.

The 21-year-old, who is vying for a spot in Steve Clarke’s Scotland squad for Euro 2024, scored the game-winning goal for the Robins last night as they defeated West Ham in an FA Cup third-round replay at Ashton Gate.

Conway joined Bristol City’s academy at the age of seven, and he has spent his whole career there. He has 18 months left on his current contract. He has previously been on loan with non-league teams Bath City and Yate Town twice.

In 71 games across all competitions since making his senior debut in 2021, the Scotsman has scored 21 goals and provided five assists. He has led Scotland’s under-21 team in two international friendlies as captain.
