late call for a Gers star before Euro 2024, but a reputed £17 million hurdle tied to Spurs still exists

One of two changes for the Turkey national team, which is headed to Euro 2024, is the call-up of Rangers star Ridvan Yilmaz.

Turkey has reportedly been obliged to make two changes to their roster for the impending friendlies against Hungary (A) and Austria (A), according to reports from that nation.

Out are Cengiz Under, a teammate, and Fenerbahce full-back Ferdi Kadioglu, who is apparently being followed by Spurs. Oguz Aydin, a rookie, has taken his position.

With this being the final squad before Euro 2024, Ridvan Yilmaz will be looking to make an impact on Turkey manager Vincenzo Montella throughout the course of the two matches.

Ridvan Yilmaz has a difficult task in Turkey.
Turkey has qualified for the summer event and will play against Portugal, Czechia, and the winner of the postseason who has not yet been chosen in Group F.

In spite of his impressive play with Rangers, left-back Ridvan Yilmaz is still highly regarded in his own country. It’s worth noting that he was originally benched for these games.

The former Besiktas left-back was called up for November’s internationals, but he never added more caps to his six already, and he’s currently just made it into March’s team.

Although it will cast doubt on his eligibility for Euro 2024, the £5 million Ibrox left-back can only continue to put in a lot of effort and perform well both at the club and international levels.

Ridvan Yilmaz is unquestionably at the center of the competition for stuff.

Ferdi Kadioglu, the player the Rangers star replaces, is valued at £17 million and has been linked to teams like Tottenham and Arsenal.

Rangers players are aiming for the Euro 2024 trophy.
During the season’s last break, Ridvan Yilmaz will join five other Rangers internationals who will be returning to their home nations.

Rangers struggled a little to begin this two-week break as losses to Motherwell and Benfica loomed large over our injured team.

We could be in need of a break, and maybe Ridvan Yilmaz and his Rangers teammates who are currently on duty can provide some energy going into the intermission.

After these last friendly conclude, the season is in its last stretch, with a spot in Euro 2024 guaranteed for Turkey’s top player Ridvan Yilmaz.
