At Pittodrie, the Hoops had to battle from behind to secure a point, giving Rangers the opportunity to narrow the lead before their match against Livingston later in the afternoon.

And in response to the outcome, Sutton stated on his personal Twitter account on February 3rd that the “title race is on” and hinted that they might not have adequately prepared to take on the Ibrox team.

“Excellent advertisement for the Scottish game,” he commented.

Aberdeen put up an incredible second half display against Celtic, really giving it their all. Bernabei’s foul in the second half was the epitome of Celtic’s inability to bring in a left cornerback.

“Prepare to fail, fail to prepare. It’s the title race, folks.

Is Celtic collapsing?

Because we were already so far behind, most Rangers supporters believed the title battle was finished when Michael Beale was fired.

But given how unwavering Celtic had been under Ange Postecoglou in the previous seasons, many people didn’t anticipate that they would struggle in a similar way.

Now that Rangers have strengthened during the January transfer window, they have a great chance of winning the championship, and fans—including Sutton, it seems—are well aware that Celtic is by no means unbreakable.

After taking over, Philippe Clement has done an outstanding job of leading the team in the correct direction and adding his own flair to the roster by letting go of individuals and bringing in new players.

The Gers will be the team to lose if the season keeps with this trend, and in May, we might see Ibrox celebrate his 56th birthday.
