Rangers Manager won’t be Happy With Recent News on Ridvan Yilmaz.

With lots still to play for at Ibrox, Philippe Clement, like any football manager, must have been concerned about his Rangers players’ fitness over the international break.

While Ridvan Yilmaz was expected to be at Ibrox, players like Fabio Silva, Rabbi Matondo, Cyriel Dessers, and John Souttar have all been away this week with their respective national teams.

This was before Turkey selected the outstanding full-back for friendlies against Hungary and Austria, where they had to replace injured players Cenzig Under and Ferdi Kadıoğlu.

Rangers are defeated when Turkey’s Ridvan Yilmaz is hurt.
Yilmaz was given his eighth international cap after just 27 minutes on the field, however an injury forced him from the field. Yilmaz might be a big loss for the Gers in the remaining Scottish Premiership games.

Since the Belgian moved to Ibrox in October, the 22-year-old has established himself under Clement, unseating seasoned left-back Borna Barisic and compelling the Croatian to look for alternative options this summer.

Yilmaz has started six of the last eight games for Clement. If the Gers had to play without his tough-guy defence, offensive skill, and capacity for big moments, it would be a huge loss.

Rangers, who are only one point behind Celtic, their Old Firm opponents, have a chance to win the Scottish Premiership for the second time in the past ten years, especially with a game remaining.

Clement will be furious that one of his defensive stars would be sidelined in the last stretch of the season, especially because there is an Old Firm game coming up. He will also need to hope that Barisic remains focused.

After learning about Ridvan Yilmaz’s injury report at Rangers, Philippe Clement will be furious.
Naturally, the biggest concern will be whether Yilmaz’s injury is not too serious and allows him to recover in time for the Gers’ league match against Hibernian on Saturday, March 30.

Clement’s manager will be waiting anxiously for club football to resume because a few other players in his team are currently away on international duty.
