Clement noted that Scottish football fans, in general, are ‘respectful’, although he mentioned that Celtic’s fans can be ‘sometimes a little bit less [respectful]’. Despite this observation, Clement expressed that he doesn’t mind this behavior, attributing it to fans ‘just showing their emotions’ and being ‘passionate’.

He praised the footballing culture in Glasgow, describing it as ‘amazing’ and emphasizing that its unique charm can only truly be understood through personal experience.

Clement assumed the role of Rangers’ manager in October 2023 after the dismissal of Michael Beale. Since then, he has achieved notable success, winning 26 out of 33 games in charge of the team. Prior to Rangers, Clement managed clubs like Monaco, KRC Genk, and Club Brugge, and had a successful playing career with teams such as Beerschot, Coventry City, and the Belgian national team.

In summary, Clement acknowledged the passionate nature of Scottish football fans and the distinct footballing culture in Glasgow, while also addressing the dynamics of fan behavior between rival clubs like Celtic and Rangers.
