Expert in : Rangers: After “Annoying” Ibrox costs surface, authorities are asked to make changes.

Following the last-minute postponement of Rangers’ Scottish Premiership match against Dundee, Dan Plumley has called on the authorities to respond more effectively.

The notice on March 17 came after the Bears had already arrived at Dens Park, resulting in “annoying” expenses for the Ibrox club. The game has already been rescheduled for April 10.

Although the weather is beyond your control, the football finance expert acknowledged that you can always take proactive measures to help players and fans avoid situations like the ones mentioned above.

He exclusively told Ibrox News, “I think you can’t change it and the costs are annoying in that regard.”

Even while there is a % risk, I suppose one thing we might look at with the relevant authorities in that area is to make these choices much earlier.

“Running late games when teams are present, the Rangers had already arrived, and there’s also the viewpoint of the supporters.”

The weather cannot be avoided, and we are aware that Scottish football will always face problems in this area. However, the decision-making process can be avoided, and if there is any uncertainty and the situation is borderline, we may be able to postpone these games.

“That might then save some of the trouble and possibly some money too.”

Rangers suffer at Ibrox from irksome added expenses

The fact that Dundee is facing fines for not being the first team to postpone this season indicates that more needs to be done.

That is of no assistance to the Rangers, who, along with their supporters, will have to foot the bill for travel to the rescheduled game on April 10.
