Based on the broadcaster’s footage, Chris Latchem, the presenter of Sky Sports News, does not think the Dundee vs. Rangers game will take place.
Due to heavy rain overnight, Dundee announced on Sunday morning, March 17, that a pitch inspection would occur at approximately 9:15 a.m.
Regarding the game at Dens Park, no announcement has yet been made, but the odds do not look good.
Latchem stated, “Take a look at this,” in a video that was also tweeted on March 17 at 9:12 a.m. on Sky Sports News.
“We hope to present Dundee to you in a match against Rangers.” Oh no, the ball doesn’t seem to bounce. To tell you the truth, that ball is not running true, so I don’t think you need [an inspection].

Even though our European campaign is now over, Rangers could benefit from this encounter at Dens Park continuing so they don’t have an additional fixture to consider during the international break.
The Gers would have been confident in taking all three points to move back above Celtic in the Scottish Premiership, even though this match is far from a given.
If the game is postponed, the current game will continue to consume our time and the table will not be telling the truth.
Although the early indicators are not encouraging, everyone will exert every effort to start the game. Though many Gers supporters will already be well on their way to the ground, fan safety will also be taken into consideration.
