QPR has been cited by French media as one of the clubs pondering a bid for a Paris Saint-Germain player.

QPR linked with audacious PSG summer transfer plot

QPR fans are eager to see how head coach Marti Cifuentes prepares the club for the upcoming season to escape relegation.

The Catalan coach brought in a few key players in January, and their arrival before the start of the season could impact the R’s position in the table.

QPR linked to PSG move.

According to Le Parisien, QPR is considering signing PSG’s Ethan Mbappe this summer. The 17-year-old is the brother of Kylian Mbappe, a football superstar.

According to French media, the London club, along with Borussia Dortmund and Ajax, are interested in signing Mbappe’s younger brother. The French midfielder came through the PSG system before making his senior debut for the Ligue 1 club in a 3-1 victory over Metz last December.

Ethan Mbappe, unlike his famous brother, is typically positioned in center midfield and exerts his influence further back on the pitch. Despite the enticing QPR ties, other reports indicate that Mbappe is likely to stay in France, with Lille the frontrunners for a trade.

Watford gave Celtic punch.

Watford’s chase of Celtic striker Rocco Vata may have been dashed after the Scottish club made a massive new contract offer.

The 19-year-old Irishman has been linked with a move to Vicarage Road, as talks over a new contract at Celtic Park appear to be taking their time. Vata is now scheduled to become a free agent at the conclusion of next month.

Leeds United have launched a ‘inquiry’ into Borussia Dortmund

Leeds United have reportedly asked about bringing Borussia Dortmund’s Marius Wolf to Elland Road this summer if they win the play-off final at Wembley Stadium.

This summer, the 28-year-old right-back’s contract in Germany expires, and he might become a free agent. Leeds United, along with Serie A, La Liga, and Saudi Arabian clubs, are among those interested, according to Sky Sports Germany writer Florian Plettenberg.

Wolf made 21 appearances across all competitions for Dortmund this season and has been with the club since 2018. The German international’s move to Leeds United would be his first time signing for a club outside of Germany.
