Now that the Senior Bowl has concluded, NFL Draft aspirants will concentrate on preparing for the NFL Combine. After a week of practice, a wealth of information on some of the class’s top prospects became available. These are some important players who did well in Mobile whom the Eagles should adore.
Braden Fiske, FSU’s defensive tackle: Although he was paired with Jared Verse and played in the background at FSU, Braden Fiske stole the show in Mobile. Fiske was very difficult to handle in one-on-one situations due to his exceptional first step quickness and high motor. He also produced some excellent plays during the game. Despite his slight build, Fiske has the potential to be a strong role player at the next level.
Quinyon Mitchell, cornerback, Toledo: Over the past few days, Quinyon Mitchell has created a lot of buzz and most likely made a lot of money. Mitchell was a natural in drills, hanging out with some of the top receivers around. Mitchell is a fantastic fit for the Eagles as they look to revamp their secondary because of his tremendous size and quickness.
Louisville cornerback Jarvis Brownlee Jr.Another cornerback who did himself a few favors in Mobile is Jarvis Brownlee Junior. Brownlee has excellent recognizing skills and compensated for his modest stature with remarkable physicality and athleticism. In the NFL, Brownlee may be a slot cornerback, but he’s a very excellent one at that.

Michigan wide receiver Roman Wilson may be smaller than most, but he showed no signs of weakness in his performance in Mobile. Wilson was very hard to cover because of his amazing speed, agility, and route running skills. Finding a legitimate third wide receiver may revolutionize the Eagles’ offense, and Wilson might be someone they take notice of.
Missouri defensive lineman Darius Robinson: After an outstanding senior season, Darius Robinson brought a lot of anticipation to Mobile. He lived up to the anticipation by dominating sessions all week. Robinson is a captivating athlete. Despite his large build and powerful arms, his stature is only 6’5″ and 286 pounds. At the next level, he might be a versatile lineman who can play on the edge and slide inside for passing plays.
Oregonian offensive lineman Jackson Powers-Johnson:Jackson Powers-Johnson is 6’3″ and weighs over 330 pounds, giving him an amazing build. He has a great deal of power and mobility, and he can play center or guard when necessary. Powers-Johnson flourished in Mobile and is currently creating buzz as a first-round pick for teams that are in need of linemen. The Eagles’ line-up largely depends on Jason Kelce, but if Cam Jurgens moves to center, Jackson Powers-Johnson would make a fantastic starting guard.
