The Ohio State Buckeyes will search from coast to coast for the nation’s top college football prospects. They’ve worked really hard to get the attention of the top college football running back prospect in California for the 2025 class.
Following a visit that led On3 Vice President of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong to predict Ohio State would win Jordon Davison’s commitment, the player is now closely associated with the Buckeyes.
Despite the loss of running back coach Tony Alford, who continues to play a significant role in Davison’s recruitment with the Buckeyes’ biggest rivals, the Michigan Wolverines, this has happened.
According to Wiltfong, Davison’s recruitment is also influenced by the Wolverines, Colorado Buffaloes, Oregon Ducks, Texas Longhorns, and Texas A&M Aggies.
According to On3’s Industry Rankings, Davison is the No. 83 overall recruit, the No. 6 running back in the nation, and the No. 8 player in California.
