Despite reported interest in Watford‘s Mileta Rajovic, he remains committed to the Hornets and will not leave Vicarage Road in January.
The Danish striker, who joined the club at the start of this season, had attracted interest from both Blackburn Rovers and Ipswich Town during the transfer window.
However, the 24-year-old’s agent, Mikkel Beck, confirmed that the player is fully committed to Valerien Ismael’s side after making a solid start to life in the Championship.
“No interest” in Mileta Rajovic from elsewhere in England
It is not long since Rajovic joined Watford, with the striker only signing from Swedish side Kalmar in the summer transfer window for a fee reported to be worth around £1million.
Since then, the Dane has struggled somewhat to settle into Valerien Ismael’s side at times, although he has still scored nine goals in 26 appearances for the club this season.

As a result, the 24-year-old has been linked with a move elsewhere in the Championship, with both Blackburn Rovers and Ipswich Town identified as potential destinations for the striker.
When asked about those rumours of a move elsewhere in the Championship for Rajovic, the striker’s agent, Mikkel Beck, told Swedish outlet FotbollDirekt: “So there is no interest from any other English clubs, it’s nothing I know about.
“We have just recently signed for Watford. We are not thinking about anything else and Mileta is really happy to be here in every way. He is fully committed and only thinks about Watford.”
Rajovic signed a five-year contract when he moved to Watford in the summer, so the Hornets are in a strong position to negotiate any offers that come in for the striker in the near future.
Mileta Rajovic can play a big part in Watford’s season
The Hornets are amongst the top scorers in the division, having scored 45 goals in their 28 games this season, only bettered by Leicester City, Southampton, Ipswich Town, Leeds United, Plymouth Argyle and Norwich City.
Their form this season currently sees them occupy 10th place in the Championship table, three points off the play-off places.

The Danish forward has proved he can find the back of the net at this level, scoring nine goals in all competitions.
However, the last time he found the back of the net was in the Hornets’ 2-1 win away to Blackburn Rovers back in December.
And despite his lack of form, he still remains Watford’s top scorer this season, three clear of Yakoun Bayo and Matheus Martins, as the goals continue to be shared around the squad.
Often playing with a sole striker, Watford have often rotated between Rajovic and Bayo throughout the season, but their latest signing could see Valerien Ismael potentially alter his formation to add more goals to his side.
The addition of Emmanuel Dennis, who had an excellent 2021/22 campaign in the Premier League with the Hornets will provide more attacking firepower along with versatility to play anywhere across the front line.

His addition to the side provides Premier League experience and someone who knows the club well, and more importantly, what it takes to succeed.
Ismael will be hoping that Rajovic can rediscover his goal-scoring touch, and Dennis’ arrival could spur him into life.
The Nigerian will understand Rajovic’s recent frustrations in front of goal having failed to score in a league game since last March, but Watford fans will be hoping the pair can strike up a good partnership to continue their charge for the top six.
