Fowler came through Town’s academy, having joined the club as a schoolboy. He went on to make one senior appearance for the Blues, which was in the Carabao Cup at Crystal Palace in August 2017.
The defender played alongside current Town player Luke Woolfenden during his time in the Blues’ youth set-up.
Now 26, he is a regular for George Elokobi’s side in the National League South and is likely to feature in the clash at Portman Road.
