Breaking News: Newcastle United Set to Sign Huddersfield Town Star.

After securing a spot in the Champions League last season, the Magpies have faced a frustrating term this time around. It seems unlikely that they will achieve another top-four finish, making a summer of astute transfers crucial. The Daily Mirror reports that Newcastle is eyeing former Huddersfield player Emile Smith Rowe, who has been a peripheral figure at Arsenal but had a successful loan spell at John Smith’s Stadium in 2019/20.

Also on Newcastle’s radar is Forest defender Neco Williams, who was previously linked with Leeds in the January window. Williams, a product of Liverpool’s academy and a Wales international, has featured in 24 Premier League games this season. Leeds were reportedly interested in Williams and Ben Johnson from West Ham United, indicating their desire to strengthen the right-back position.

Daniel Farke faced challenges at Leeds with the departures of Djed Spence and Luke Ayling in the same month, leading to a shortage of right-back options. However, they managed to bolster their squad by signing Connor Roberts on loan on deadline day.

Additionally, Newcastle is reportedly interested in Leicester City midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Forest’s Morgan Gibbs-White.
