When Nick Montgomery makes his way to Ross County, he may make two adjustments.
The Hibees’ road game against Ross County this weekend will be difficult after their loss to St Johnstone. Nick Montgomery will be driven to get three points and give his supporters the present of league safety with Christmas quickly approaching.
The second Edinburgh Derby will take place in a few days, and the Hibees will try to exploit this weekend to generate some much-needed momentum as they play a team who just defeated Celtic at Parkhead.
Joe Newell, who served a one-game suspension that prevented him from traveling to Perth last weekend, will provide Montgomery a boost. It is very possible that he will get back into the starting lineup right away. Edinburgh News has predicted the starting lineup for the match.
1. David Marshall – GK
Once again, the Hibs number one will take the gloves.
2. Lewis Miller – RB
The Australian defender will have received a boost from an international call-up to improve his performance from last weekend.
3. Will Fish – CB

4. Rocky Bushiri – CB
Bushiri showed a lot of energy and is deserved of returning to his place in the starting lineup.
5. Jordan Obita – LB
Obita has struggled in the last couple of games but defeat to St Johnstone should help kick him into gear.
6. Elie Youan – RW
The winger was full of chances but failed to deliver. He will hope to get back to scoring ways against Ross County
7. Dylan Levitt – CM
It was a struggle for Levitt last weekend but there is little doubt he will bounce back.
8. Joe Newell – CM
After his suspension, Newell will make his grand return after a bland display from Jimmy Jeggo
9. Jair Tavares – LW
Tavares will retain his place after showing signs of danger against St Johnstone
10. Dylan Vente – Str
