Hibs’ ‘WORLD-CLASS’ Will Fish describes the Hibs duo as Nick Montgomery’s team breaks into the top six.

Hibs’ January additions Emiliano Marcondes and Myziane Maolida have been hailed as WORLD-CLASS by Will Fish.

After defeating struggling Ross County 2-0 on Saturday, the Hibees moved back into the top six. Nick Montgomery’s team has already won seven of their last nine games, and according to Fish, their new additions, Maolida and Marcondes, have brightened Easter Road.

Maolida, a Hertha Berlin loanee, took advantage of a mistake made by County keeper George Wickens to break the tie in the second half. Dylan Levitt’s goal in the final minutes gave the hosts the victory. However, Fish saved the best praise for Maolida and Marcondes, the Bournemouth loan star, saying that the offensive pair gave Hibernian’s campaign new life.

“Marcondes and Maolida are world-class players,” a Manchester United defender stated. The two who joined the club in January have been a huge assistance and have provided us with something unique that we didn’t have.

Although it’s a team effort and doesn’t only depend on those two, they both have a significant impact on us. Maolida is really neat with the ball and simply adores playing football. May it always last, he understands when to pass it and when to take players on.

“I think we’ve made a breakthrough. Our recent performance has been quite strong. There have been a few draws where we ought to have gained three points. However, everyone knows that momentum is crucial in sports. We are thus focusing on the future. The majority of the upcoming games are very winnable.”
