Sunderland loanee benched for third consecutive game as Eliezer Mayenda remains an unused sub despite Hibs win

It seems like Nectar Triantis, the Australian defender on loan from Sunderland, has been consistently making appearances off the bench for Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership. Despite not securing a starting spot, he has been utilized by manager Nick Montgomery in several matches, including their recent win against Ross County.

On the other hand, Sunderland loanee striker Eliezer Mayenda has had limited opportunities to showcase his talent for Hibernian, with only one appearance off the bench since his loan move in January.

In other loan news, goalkeeper Alex Bass played the full game for AFC Wimbledon in their significant 1-0 victory over MK Dons in League Two. This victory would have surely sparked wild celebrations among the fans. Additionally, Jay Matete remained unused on the bench as Oxford United suffered a 2-1 loss to Portsmouth, while Joe Anderson similarly didn’t feature in Shrewsbury Town’s 2-0 defeat to Blackpool in League One.

Matty Young started in goal for Darlington, contributing to their third consecutive win. Lastly, Jewison Bennette has made two appearances for Aris since his loan move in January, with the Greek side continuing their season.
