Josh Taylor pledges to’smash his skull in’ as he dismisses Jack Catterall’s Hearts wind up.

In April 2017, the two fierce rivals in the super-lightweight class will square off once more in the First Direct Arena in Leeds.

Josh Taylor maintains that joining the Jambos’ bandwagon won’t protect Jack Catterall, their bitter opponent, from a loss.

The highly awaited rematch between the former undisputed king and his fierce rival in Leeds on April 27 began yesterday with a head-to-head match that had to be broken up on stage. In an attempt to close the deal with Hibee Taylor, Catterall disclosed that Tynecastle midfielder Andy Halliday had handed him a Hearts strip. Sam Jones, the motormouth manager of the Chorley fighter, stated: “Andy arranged to send us it. He is a friend of a friend.” We are also invited to the derby by the club.

“Since the first fight, I’ve had a lot of support from the Scottish and Edinburgh fans,” Catterall stated. I’ve got a number of the boys coming down to the fight, and they were gracious enough to gift me a Hearts shirt. It’s a kind present that suggests there may be a divide here.

However, Taylor resisted the urge to bite since he prefers watching motorsports and is motivated to forget about his contentious points victory over Catterall in Glasgow two years ago. “Jack’s not even smart enough to wind me up or insult me,” the man remarked. It would have been preferable if he had shown up wearing an F1 top. I love the Moto GP.

It appears that he either received or has a Hearts jersey. I honestly don’t care that his manager seems to know Andy Halliday or whatever. All he has to do is show up wearing a Hearts top. One of my best friends, the Edinburgh bantamweight star Lee McGregor, is a big Jambo.

“I don’t give a damn who backs whom. I occasionally enjoy watching football, and I occasionally visit to see the Hibs. However, it is all. This isn’t Scotland versus England or Hearts versus Hibs. I’m going to crush his head in in Taylor vs. Catterall.

Taylor and Catterall almost came to blows at a fiesty press conference in Edinburgh

Following the loss of his final world title against Teofimo Lopez earlier this year, Taylor is making a strong recovery. In addition, he acknowledged that he still owed Catterall something following the intense uproar surrounding his split decision victory in their first match.

“He says he’s coming to knock me out,” Taylor remarked. In his entire life, he has never knocked someone out! Hate Runs Deep is the name of the conflict, yet I don’t hate anyone. I can’t wait to bash this guy’s brains in because I just don’t like him. What a lackluster brain he is.

For me, it’s a fight at a crossroads. To win this fight and continue advancing in my career, I have a point to prove and must return to my best.

During their match in Edinburgh, the fighters had to be restrained from each other. Catterall reported, “I could see his hands shaking, we gave eye contact.” Listen, it was always going to happen and we’re not the best of friends. All of the queries, rumors, and viewpoints have been addressed, and I am sure I can put it to rest.

When the two clashed, promoter Eddie Hearn was caught in the crossfire. “These two stand each other,” he remarked. At that point, feelings come into play.

“This fight is fantastically British.”
