LSU got the tuneup it was looking for against Army on Saturday night in Week 8, breezing past its service academy opponent in a 62-0 homecoming shutout win to move to 6-2 on the year.
Now, after another dominant offensive performance and promising outing on the defensive side of the ball, LSU enters its bye week as it prepares to hit the road to face Alabama in a Week 10 matchup that could decide the SEC West.
