Before the All-Star break, Lively returned from injury against the San Antonio Spurs. In his debut season, Lively—who turned 20 on February 12—has had a major influence on Dallas.Currently, he is averaging 1.5 blocks, 7.8 rebounds, and 9.2 points per game. Throughout the entire season, Dallas has benefited greatly from Lively’s presence on the glass. The Mavericks’ performance on the boards will continue to improve going forward as the acquisition of Daniel Gafford gives the team access to another dependable rebounder.
It won’t be simple to get used to the mask. It’s important that he gets acclimated to wearing it because he plans to wear it for the next few weeks. As Lively appears to be growing accustomed to it, the mask shouldn’t pose too much of a problem going ahead.
On Thursday, the Mavericks and Suns will play a match that is expected to be intense. Tip-off at the American Airlines Center is set for 7:30 PM EST.
