The Dallas Mavericks entered Tuesday one game away from an NBA Finals matchup with Rajon Rondo‘s former team the Boston Celtics. After his latest comments on Rick Carlisle and his Mavericks playing days, it’s safe to say he most likely will not be rooting for the Dallas franchise if they do make it to the NBA’s last series of the calendar year.
The Rondo story came amid a fiery proclamation by Mavericks guard PJ Washington ahead of the potential series clincher vs. the Timberwolves. An update on Derrick Lively II’s status vs. the Wolves was also revealed.
