The injury report for the Golden State Warriors versus Dallas has been made public.
In their crucial game on Wednesday night against the Dallas Mavericks, the Golden State Warriors will be without their star point guard, Steph Curry. Curry’s ankle issue has once again kept him out of the game, according to the Warriors’ injury report.
“Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, who suffered a sprained right ankle during last Thursday’s game against the Chicago Bulls and did not play in last night’s win in San Antonio, was re-evaluated today,” the team stated in a positive update on Curry’s injury on Tuesday. According to the reevaluation, Curry is progressing satisfactorily. He is set to practice with the team on Friday in Los Angeles after receiving clearance to resume on-court exercises in the Bay Area. He’ll get another evaluation after practice on Friday.”
Curry’s absence from Wednesday’s game was confirmed by this update, but it also gave Curry the opportunity to play against the Lakers again. Golden State is attempting to catch up to both Dallas and Los Angeles in the Western Conference standings, so both games are crucial. Every game would be as near to a must-win as possible if the Warriors lost to Dallas or Los Angeles, which would make it extremely difficult to catch either team.
The Warriors will need to find a way to prevail on Wednesday without Curry.
