INTERVIEW: Kasey Palmer talks enjoying his football and focusing on West Brom clash - News - Coventry City

Midfielder Kasey Palmer of the Sky Blues is loving his present role in the club as he and his teammates get ready to go to The Hawthorns on Friday night.
On Monday night, Kasey was involved in all three of Ellis Simms’ goals against Maidstone United. He also excelled in assisting in the formation of a quarterfinal matchup with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Palmer clarified himself, though, and the Sky Blues are focused on catching up to the top six when they play West Bromwich Albion, despite their great cup run thus far.
Taking against West Brom on Friday evening…
It’s simple to brush it off and say it’s just another game, but we are aware of the consequences of winning and losing.
We’re eager to go there and attempt to win the three points, but in the event that we are unable to do so, ideally we avoid defeat and maintain contact with all of the other teams in and around the play-offs.
We still have 12 games left to try to close the gap between the top six and ourselves.
FA Cup tie between Wolves and…
“They will be the favorites because it’s a Premier League team versus a Championship team, but we think we can go there and win.”
We’re just one game away from Wembley, and just like the fans, we would want to return. We’ll just go there and give it our all.
However, we are attempting to enter the playoffs in between that. We’re all focused on that FA Cup match as well as the game tomorrow night.
One more hectic week…
“Obviously, you’re more exhausted when the games happen quickly rather than on a Saturday, but that’s what the Championship is all about.”
We have additional games and postponed games since we are now on a cup run, but that is the purpose of the squad, and we have been using the roster and giving everyone minutes.
Everyone can help and contribute to victory, which is ultimately what matters, the more games there are and the more minutes everyone gets to participate.
Everyone knows they need to be prepared because we have another game on Tuesday and it’s not about who starts the game at eleven. For example, tomorrow there might be five possible substitutes.

as necessary, and it will require everyone’s assistance for us to go to the playoffs.
He had a role on the field.
I’m content to be playing.
I won’t be playing left wing and standing on the touchline like a real winger if I play on the left; instead, I’ll be rolling in and finding Callum.
I’m glad to be playing and earning minutes, and I hope I can make a difference.
being prepared and in shape…
“I’m having fun participating in it. I was hurt at the end of the previous season, but I’m well this time around, so perhaps we can repeat last year’s dream of finishing in the top six.
The FA Cup is another quarterfinal as well, so everyone connected to Coventry is excited right now; may this trend continue.
