Coventry Will Demand a “Minimum of £20m” for Ipswich and Luton Target.

After an impressive season with Coventry City, Ben Sheaf is garnering significant attention from potential suitors as the summer transfer window approaches.

Following the departures of Gus Hamer and Viktor Gyokeres for substantial fees last year, Sheaf appears to be the next player in line from CBS Arena to attract a lucrative deal.

His standout performances in the Championship, particularly against formidable opponents like Wolves and Manchester United in the FA Cup quarter-finals and semi-finals respectively, have showcased his talent on a national stage.

However, with Coventry missing out on the playoffs and the chance for Premier League promotion, there’s pressure on the club to retain their midfielder.

Several clubs have been linked with Sheaf, including Premier League-bound Fulham and Ipswich. Luton Town has also shown interest, regardless of their league status.

Reports suggest Coventry could demand around £10 million for Sheaf’s services.

Coventry City fan pundit Neil Littewood believes Sheaf is worth more, suggesting a valuation of at least £20 million. He emphasizes Sheaf’s pivotal role in the team, his Premier League caliber, and advises him to choose his next move carefully to avoid joining a struggling team.

Neil hopes Coventry stands firm on their valuation, ensuring a fair deal if Sheaf does depart for greener pastures.
