Oscar Zambrano, an Ecuadorian midfielder, is being watched by both Celtic and Rangers, but AFC Bournemouth is currently in advanced negotiations to bring the so-called new Moises Caicedo to the Premier League.
HITC Football is aware that Andoni Iraola’s upwardly mobile Bournemouth team is taking the lead following claims that link Oscar Zambrano to Manchester United and numerous other top-flight teams.
The highly regarded 19-year-old, one of the most exciting young midfielders in South American football, is now in advanced talks with the Cherries.
Zambrano, who plays for LDU Quito at the moment, has also been linked to Wolves and Brighton, and Old Firm rivals Celtic and Rangers are interested in him.
Luton Town has also had discussions.However, Bournemouth is now certain that a deal will be reached because they believe Zambrano could be a huge coup for the team, which has a history of luring coveted young players away from more prestigious teams. Luton Town might not make it
Rob Edwards, the manager of Luton, on the other hand, seemed to confirm in October that The Hatters had dispatched scouts to South America to observe Zambrano in action.
