Odin Holm: The group is prepared to sacrifice everything to win in Rome.

Despite being fresh to the Champions League this season, Odin Holm has adapted fast to the standards of a team such as Celtic.

Although the Norwegian midfielder is new to the tournament, he is aware that a team like Celtic expects its players to consistently provide memorable moments on the European scene.

He feels the game has added significance since he knows they need to beat Lazio in Rome on Tuesday night in order to maintain the European dream.

It’s a big game for us, he remarked exclusively to Celtic TV from the Stadio Olimpico. All the games are crucial, but this one is very crucial since we need three points to qualify for Europe.

Each and every one of us is eagerly anticipating the game.

“I have no doubt that everyone is prepared for the three-point game, and once it begins, we will play with complete focus.”

“We have demonstrated in our recent games in Europe that we are a competitive team, and everyone is hoping that we can win the three points.” Everyone is undoubtedly prepared to go and give it their all.

With the team playing toe-to-toe in every game they have played in with 11 men on the field, Holm feels Celtic’s performances in the Champions League have earned them more than the one point they have earned thus far.

The midfielder is optimistic that things will improve in Rome even though performances haven’t yet translated into outcomes.

“I think the confidence is high as we have demonstrated our ability to compete at this level,” he continued.

“We have a big mentality at a club like Celtic, and we approach every game with that confidence.”

“We must always maintain our focus, strike and defend as a team.

“We must always maintain our focus because if we doze off and make mistakes, we will be punished.”
