Seeing what has occurred to the Japanese people in recent months is nearly unbearable. Last season, the player made 31 starts and scored 27 goals in the league. 21 in 8 this season.
He makes a difference. His two seasons as a big game player have demonstrated it.

Nicolas Kuhn exhibited the inward-looking Palma quality. It didn’t appear as though he intended to take a full back to the byeline. Nice and orderly, but Daizen Maeda’s welcome says it all. More is needed. Although I appreciate the Japanese player’s work ethic and enthusiasm, one could have assumed that Lionel Messi was making a comeback.
Maeda appeared to be the most dangerous player as Leith closed the distance, but none of them were delivering their goods with any consistency. Right now, I get the impression that Celtic is living paycheck to paycheck.
There appears to be no discernible plan and definitely no rhythm as the lineup is jiggling around. Actually, they appear to be rather commonplace. In any case, I don’t believe they will blow anyone away.
I’m just not sure about games when I get into them.
You knew Postecoglou’s group could completely overwhelm everyone. Test sometimes, but always be tenacious. Nobody feels that way about Celtic right now. There are problems everywhere you look, and the win over the Hibs only covered up the flaws for a little while longer.
The large picture and the long term would be enough to scare supporters, but fans should be more concerned about the present since Rangers are closing up on Celtic.
You’re doing a great job, Philippe Clement. They are, to be honest, rather mediocre, but the management is managing to get the most performance and output out of them.
The biggest problem of all is Kyogo, but Cameron Carter-Vickers and Reo Hatate are significant losses for Celtic, and they need to figure out a better method to handle their absences. He is a ghost of the striker who spent two seasons illuminating Scotland.

Having scored three goals in his previous fifteen games, he is no longer even a sure starter. That’s an incredible level of performance, and he’s had subpar work done around him.
We used to never stop, but now we are slowing down, and Kyogo isn’t the issue. Celtic must find a way to provide him if they want to perform at the highest level once more.
