Rangers secured a spot in the Scottish Cup Final after a decisive 2-0 victory over Hearts, setting up a highly anticipated showdown with Celtic.

The Rangers forward Fabio Silva was in a great position to score but strangely decided to dive when no defender was near enough to challenge him. This was a controversial moment from the semifinal.

This incident is similar to the Portuguese player’s previous performance at the most recent Glasgow Derby at Ibrox, which resulted in a 3-3 draw. At that game, Silva’s actions drew criticism from a number of people, most notably former Celtic player and pundit Chris Sutton.

Sutton reacted to Silva’s actions at Hampden Park by posting on social media.

He posted on X, aiming at the forward:

Celtic supporters will be hoping that Silva’s antics stop with the final two Glasgow Derbies of the season, and that his manager and teammates can try to talk some sense into him.
