Despite being fortunate to trail by just one goal going into halftime, the Canadian and his teammates from the Hoops were well below par. Following some candid conversations in the locker room, a fired-up Johnston made the decision to take off the mask protecting his face and spearhead the champs’ comeback.

The Hoops responded brilliantly, winning 3-1, with super-subs Adam Idah and Luis Palma emerging as the game’s heroes in the second half. However, Johnston had some questions to respond to from his worried mother as Brendan Rodgers’ team celebrated a precious three points at halftime.
