Matthew Lloyd believes that the premiership chances for the Brisbane Lions are “just about closing” due to their disappointing start to the season. Despite his admiration for the Lions, particularly after their performance in last year’s grand final, Lloyd admits to losing faith in them following their two wins and five losses at the beginning of this season.
However, Lloyd suggests that there is one current head coach whose presence at the helm of the Lions might prompt him to reassess his stance on the team in comparison to their current coach, Chris Fagan.
