Madonna Announces Final World Tour: “The Celebration Farewell Tour” Set for 2025
Global pop icon Madonna has officially announced her final world tour, aptly titled The Celebration Farewell Tour, marking the end of a groundbreaking era in live performance. Set to launch in summer 2025, the tour will celebrate over four decades of music, fashion, and reinvention that have defined her legendary career.
In a statement released via her official channels, Madonna said, “This tour is a love letter to my fans. It’s a celebration of the journey we’ve taken together—and a way for me to say goodbye to the stage on my own terms.”
The Celebration Farewell Tour will kick off in July 2025 in New York City, with stops in major cities including London, Paris, Tokyo, Sydney, Rio de Janeiro, and Cape Town. The tour is expected to span six continents and run through December 2025, featuring over 60 shows.
The announcement comes just months after Madonna’s recovery from a serious bacterial infection in 2023, and amid the excitement surrounding her upcoming album, Love Won’t Let Me, and the highly anticipated Confessions Pt. 2, a sequel to her acclaimed 2005 record.
Tour organizers promise an immersive experience blending classic hits like “Like a Prayer,” “Vogue,” and “Hung Up” with stunning visuals and choreography that fans have come to expect from the Queen of Pop.
Tickets will go on sale in early May, with pre-sale access for fan club members starting a week earlier. A special VIP experience package will also be available, offering exclusive merchandise, early entry, and behind-the-scenes access.
With this farewell tour, Madonna is set to solidify her place in pop culture history one last time—on the global stage where she’s always shined brightest.
Stay tuned for tour dates and ticket information in the coming weeks.
