Dan Reynolds Announces Return to Stage with Surprise Global Tour and New Music Following Health Hiatus
In a thrilling announcement that has sent waves of excitement through the music world, Dan Reynolds, former frontman of Imagine Dragons, has confirmed his return to the stage with a surprise global tour and the release of new solo music. This comes just weeks after fans expressed concern over his temporary hiatus due to health issues.
Reynolds, who stepped away from the spotlight in April 2025 to focus on managing his autoimmune conditions, shared the news via an emotional video message on social media. “I’ve taken the time I needed to heal, reflect, and rediscover what music means to me,” he said. “Now, I’m ready to reconnect—with myself, with the music, and most importantly, with all of you.”
The upcoming tour, titled “Phoenix Rising: Live”, will kick off in September 2025, covering major cities across North America, Europe, and Asia. Alongside the tour, Reynolds will release a deluxe edition of his critically acclaimed solo album Phoenix Rising, featuring five brand-new tracks described as “raw, vulnerable, and full of hope.”
Fans have been eagerly awaiting this return, particularly following his emotional and introspective performances earlier this year. The tour promises an immersive experience, blending the signature anthemic energy that Imagine Dragons fans love with the personal, stripped-back intimacy of Reynolds’ solo material.
Adding to the excitement, Reynolds hinted at potential on-stage collaborations with surprise guests—including a possible reunion with members of Imagine Dragons for select shows.
“This is more than a comeback,” Reynolds said. “It’s a celebration of resilience, growth, and the unbreakable connection between artist and fan.”
Tickets for the “Phoenix Rising: Live” tour go on sale next month. Fans are already calling it the most anticipated comeback of the year.
