Conversely, throughout the course of the previous year, the average price of houses located in Birmingham was £267,880.
In addition, there are approximately 2,400 acres of lakes, forests, and natural meadows in the rural community. There are even wild horses there. In addition to being a serene neighborhood in a picturesque rural environment, Little Aston Park Private Estate is home to the well-known Little Aston Golf Club, a members club.
Leading amateur and professional competitions, such as the Brabazon Trophy and the Schweppes PGA Close Championship, have been held at the club. Naturally, Sutton Coldfield, the most affluent constituency in Birmingham and the location of several well-known eateries and cafés, such as the upscale Dubberley Delicious and the well-liked Italian Romantica Italian Restaurant, is only a short drive from Little Aston.
Aston Park Little and elite schools
Little Aston Park lies to the south of the village. The village known as “Millionaire’s Row”—Roman Road is the priciest street in Staffordshire—is located in this area. With about 100 distinctive, architect-designed homes on a privately maintained estate, it features Birmingham’s most expensive home ever sold, at £7.5 million.
The region is home to some prestigious schools as well. Bishop Vesey’s Grammar School and Boldmere Infant School and Nursey are two nearby schools that have received an Outstanding Ofsted rating.
