Young Hibs players Rudi Molotnikov and Rory Whittaker have returned from their Scotland Under-19 tour to Croatia.
In friendly matches against both Turkey and Latvia in advance of the UEFA EURO 2024 Elite Round, which takes place next month, the Hibs duo contributed to Billy Stark’s U19 team.
Last week, Rudi Molotnikov and Rory Whittaker earned their debuts for the Scotland U19 team, but the young Scots were defeated 1-0 in Umag, Croatia.
Three days later, the two were listed on the bench for the match against Latvia; Molotnikov scored the game’s first goal in the second half after coming off the bench. The team won 4-0.
Italy will host the EURO 2024 Elite Round, with Scotland having been drawn.
