Football League World’s sources claim that because of his play since moving to the Priestfield in June 2022, Gills midfielder Dom Jefferies is drawing interest from other teams.
The 21-year-old, who came to Gillingham from Brentford’s B squad, participated in 34 League Two games the previous season and has already made 17 appearances in the 2023–24 campaign.
The youthful midfielder, who has played for the Gills throughout the middle and on either flank in a 4-4-2, is coveted by several English clubs, according to sources close to FLW. However, Hibernian is also showing interest north of the border.
Under manager Jack Ross, Hibs are now sitting in sixth place in the Scottish Premiership standings. When the transfer market opens, they are reportedly eager to add Jefferies to their midfield options.
