Celtic is expected to sign English FA Cup winner and club icon “Celtic have the pull over him.”

After a loan stint at Real Sociedad, Kieran Tierney is scheduled to return to Arsenal the following summer. However, is a trip back to Celtic in the works?

There was a lot of discussion regarding Kieran Tierney and Brendan Rodgers getting back together at Celtic during the summer transfer window of 2023.

However, nothing happened, and the 26-year-old traveled to Spain to play for Real Sociedad in the Champions League until the end of the campaign.

One individual, Kieran Tierney’s former teammate and captain Scott Brown, believes the player will wear the Celtic colors once more.

The Glasgow Times quoted the Bhoys hero as saying that even though “clubs all over the world” would want to sign the left-back, he believes Celtic has the “pull over him” because of his ties to the team.

Kieran Tierney is 26 years old, and you would think he still has a couple more stages in his career, but injuries are keeping him from moving further.

That has been made clear once more on his La Liga loan; a hamstring problem kept him sidelined for more than a month, preventing him from playing for Scotland.

When will Kieran Tierney rejoin Celtic?

“I would really love to see him back at Celtic,” Brown remarked.

It’s such a big club for him, and all the fans adore him. He loves the club so much that leaving was a difficult decision for him. However, he has been gone for a considerable amount of time and has encountered different things. Perhaps he wants to try different things now.

Many English clubs would be willing to sign him. To be absolutely honest, there are clubs all around the world that would take him. However, Celtic has a strong pull on him, which is fantastic. One day, I hope to see that happen. You never know.

“Everyone in his family backs Celtic.” When he was younger, he attended the games. I’ve seen photos of him with Shunsuke Nakamura (Naka) back when he was wearing his boots and other accessories. Celtic, it’s in his blood.

With Kieran Tierney departing Arsenal, Celtics’ chances will improve.

For Tierney’s skills, Arsenal paid Celtic £25 million in 2019. The club couldn’t refuse the money, and he couldn’t refuse the move either.

He more than demonstrated his value in England by winning the English FA Cup, garnering fan loyalty, and putting on several standout performances.

However, his persistent ailments necessitated the signing of Oleksandr Zinchenko by Arsenal in 2022.

Tierney was once again pushed on the back burner. The player isn’t insufficient; rather, he’s gone out to acquire regular starts because he wants them.

You would assume Tierney would be thinking along the same lines once more by 2024.

All of which raises the possibility that Celtic will sign one of their own once more.
