When the transfer market reopens at the beginning of the year, the Ewood Park club is reportedly planning to move to bring the 21-year-old to England.

They are not alone in their desire, though, as Watford and Suffolk Town are also rumored to be interested in a possible trade for the German.

Nevertheless, there appears to be a contention that suggests the recent happenings in the German 2. Bundesliga could mean that all three of those teams will be let down in their New Year’s Eve endeavors to get Scherhant to England.

Scherhant is beginning to establish himself for the starting lineup of Hertha

When it came to playing for Hertha Berlin’s first team in the German second division, the winger had had a quiet start to the season.

The majority of Scherhant’s starts have come for the club’s second team, which plays in the fourth division of the German football pyramid.
