It’s time to relax down now that the storm has passed.Having observed Brendan Rodgers in action in the Celtic locker room, Scott Brown is well-aware of how he will recover from a devastating Sunday afternoon during the Ayrshire rain.

Admissions of being bullied and not performing to the requisite standard erupted from the away dressing room for the second week in a row following the 2-1 loss to Kilmarnock, which occurred seven days after a dramatic comeback was needed to preserve a 3-1 victory at St Johnstone. Celtic fans are enthused by the performances, which have reduced their lead at the top of the league to five points and infuriated detractors.

Brown, though, is confident that Rodgers will make amends. When the manager publicly chastised his team at Perth one week prior, he retreated at Kilmarnock. Brown has witnessed this before—the manager inhaling and glancing at the wider picture. He now anticipates significant movement—both in and out of Parkhead—in January.

When asked if his former boss would take care of it, Brown was clear. Indeed, he will, he replied. January is quickly approaching, and many players will be switching teams. It is an inherent aspect of football. He must have his eye on a handful.

He will be cool and collected right now. There are moments when you are understanding and moments when you are angry. They’ll play again once he takes a step back and considers the game. On Wednesday, they have a crucial match in Europe, and on Saturday, they play Hearts at home. He’ll be trying to get better.

“The benefit of football is that you have a game three days later. Everyone is still aware of your previous game, so perhaps they can alter everyone’s perspective as well. If it is done on a weekly basis, it continues longer and longer, wearing down the players as well. They are now concentrating on Wednesday night.

“Derek McInnes remarked after the game that Celtic dominated and that they were treated with too much respect. They came after them harder in the second half, and you couldn’t play the same way on that pitch as you can on most of them.

There has been increasing criticism of the summer arrivals’ lack of impact, with only Yang Hyun-jun and Gustaf Lagerbielke experiencing anything approaching a run in the team. Other notable summer signings include Maik Nawrocki, Odin Thiago Holm, Marco Tilio, and Yang Hyun-jun. Lagerbielke is the oldest at 23. And Brown, who moved from Hibs to Celtic Park at the age of 22, is aware of the challenges that come with joining a major league team so young.

“Especially the way Brendan expects you to play and train every day,” he remarked. It is challenging to become a hero over night. He elevates others because he is aware of this. He excels at doing that. He is a superb tactician.

Because of his excellent training techniques and thorough knowledge of the game, Celtic has decided to bring him back because they think he can continue to win championships, just like he did during his previous stint here. I

A fresh group of guys. Bainy, Cal, and Jamesy are the only guys that have been there previously. He is starting over and working on a new project, which I know he will treasure. He truly enjoyed his time here, and he liked it. His family are up here as well so it is a good place for him.

He also loves the Celtics a lot. The club means a lot to him. I know he went down to England. He did fantastic with Leicester as well. For him to have that opportunity, and also Celtic to have that opportunity, for him to come back was a no brainer.”

As ludicrous and confused as an image of Hoopy the Huddle Hound jumping along Edmiston Drive in a Rangers kit singing Simply the Best, is the idea that Scott Brown, a Celtics captain, is being bullied.

Not the teeth-baring, snarling, midfield general who wore short sleeves in the dead of winter and amassed an amazing 22 trophies, including 10 titles in 14 years at Parkhead.

Hence, it should be troubling that Rodgers in Perth and later Matt O’Riley in Kilmarnock admitted that the Hoops team had been bullied for two weeks in a row.

“I wouldn’t say they got bullied too much,” Brown remarked. As the center of their defense, Cameron Carter-Vickers is a huge loss for them.

“He maintains Liam Scales and Nat Phillips together, sets a good example at the back, is calm and extremely skilled with the ball, and will develop attacks.” The problem is that he is quick, strong, and self-assured, so you can squeeze the line with him. The game changes when Nat and Liam get involved.

He is truly missed. Abada, Hatate, and Maeda are the four important players that Celtic are lacking. And they are still leading the league and performing well. In the Glasgow derby, if Rangers win their game in hand, they will lead by two points.
