Rangers could raise the funds for a permanent Abdallah Sima swoop by qualifying for the Champions League, sources have told Football Insider.
The Senegal international scored on his second game back from a long-term injury layoff against Celtic on Sunday (7 April) to help the Gers draw 3-3 at Ibrox.
He is yet to make an appearance for the south coast club.
Rangers sit second in the Scottish top-flight but are just one point behind Celtic with a game in hand on their rivals.
