Gers women were in action at the capital venue today as they took on Partick Thistle in the Sky Sports Cup final. Jo Potter’s side were victorious with a comfortable 4-1 win putting their name on the trophy for a second year in a row and kickstarting what is sure to be a big night of celebration.

But it’s a picture from inside their dressing room which has upset supporters of their hosts for the day. Hearts allowed Tynecastle to be used and obviously either side involved in the game then has full control of their own dressing room. That’s led to the Light Blues putting their own stamp on it.

A large Hearts badge painted on the floor in the changing room used by Rangers was covered with their own badge to try to make them feel at home but it hasn’t gone down well with some.

One Jambo said on social media: “No matter what event is happening there no teams badge should be covered by another teams badge.”
